Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases made directly from the QD Fox website.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated acknowledgment does not guarantee acceptance. QD Fox may decline or cancel an order before shipment because of inventory errors, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or legal and safety concerns. If a canceled order has been charged, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in United States dollars and may change without notice. Applicable shipping charges and taxes will be shown during checkout. Orders must be paid through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Product information and compatibility

We work to present accurate descriptions, photographs, prices, colors, dimensions, and compatibility details. Screen colors and product appearance may vary. Customers are responsible for reviewing the listing and selecting the correct model, caliber, color, and other options before ordering. Contact us before purchase if fitment is uncertain.

Shipping, delivery, and returns

We ship only within the United States. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Returns are governed by our Shipping & Return Policies, including the requirement to contact QD Fox before returning an item.

Lawful purchase and use

By ordering, the customer confirms that the purchase, possession, installation, and use of the selected product are lawful for that customer and location. Misuse and limitation

QD Fox is not responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect fitment, improper installation, modification, misuse, unlawful use, failure to follow instructions, or use with incompatible equipment. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
