Shipping & Return Policies

Please review the following policies before placing an order or requesting a return.

Shipping area

QD Fox ships only to addresses within the United States. We do not accept or ship international orders. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate United States delivery address at checkout.

Order processing and delivery

Orders are prepared for shipment after payment is successfully completed. Available shipping options and charges will be shown during checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Checking your order

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and include your order information and a description of the issue.

Return eligibility

Returned items must be unused and in clean, sellable condition. Items showing signs of installation, use, wear, damage, modification, or missing components may not be eligible for return.

Return authorization required

Customers must contact QD Fox before sending any item back. Do not mail a return without prior authorization and return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.

Return packaging

Approved returns should be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit and should include the information requested in the return instructions. Customers should retain their shipping receipt and tracking information until the return has been completed.
