Shipping policy

Please review the following policies before placing an order or requesting a return.

Shipping area

QD Fox ships only to addresses within the United States. We do not accept or ship international orders. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate United States delivery address at checkout.

Order processing and delivery

Orders are prepared for shipment after payment is successfully completed. Available shipping options and charges will be shown during checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivered and stolen packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, QD Fox is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage that occurs after delivery. Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location and for packages that are stolen after being marked as delivered. If a delivered package cannot be located, the customer should contact the shipping carrier and, when appropriate, local law enforcement.

Checking your order

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and include your order information and a description of the issue.
